I’m a private tutor based in New York City, with more than thirteen years of experience helping students perform at the highest levels on standardized exams and in the classroom.

I graduated from Hunter College High School and then attended Northwestern University, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude and  received multiple scholarships for academic excellence. I began my teaching career as a university lecturer before transitioning full-time into the high pressure world of private tutoring in Manhattan.

Over the course of my career, I have worked with hundreds of students from different backgrounds and logged more than 15,000 hours of one-on-one instruction. My students have earned hundreds of top-percentile scores, including over 100 results of 1500+ on the SAT and 34+ on the ACT.

I also practice what I teach. In recent years, I have earned perfect scores of 1600 on the Digital SAT and 340 on the GRE, along with a 790 (99th percentile) on the GMAT.

Outside of tutoring, I have co-authored and edited textbooks and practice tests, including several by Bespoke Education, where I spent more than a decade as a tutor, mentor, and curriculum developer.

Today, I work directly with a limited number of students each year and serve as Academic Director of the Collegiants Tutoring Network, where I oversee instructional standards and tutor training.
