Every associate is personally trained, supervised, and evaluated by me. When I recommend an associate, I do so with complete confidence in the quality of instruction and professionalism they provide.​

How We Work Together

For most families, I remain directly involved as the primary instructor.

When additional support is helpful, I may recommend working with an associate as part of a coordinated academic plan. In these cases, I maintain oversight to ensure consistency in standards, communication, and overall direction.
